Estimates taken in 2000 suggest that, while more men are overweight than women (67 per cent compared to 52 per cent), obesity is more prevalent among women (22 per cent) than men (18 per cent). At this rate, it's thought that about 75 per cent of the Australian population will be overweight or obese by 2020.*
Getfit.com.au used a ‘science-strategy-success’ methodology to help clients lose weight.

“The missing link with most people who fail to achieve their weight loss and fitness goals is support and accountability to someone.”
